Birthing Together Workshop
Located at Peacebank Yoga Studio in Redwood City. In this workshop, the focus is on the accompanying partner and how to emphasize their support and involvement in the birthing process. Together you will learn:
Labor comfort measures and supportive positions for any way you birth your child, whether that is unmedicated, with an epidural, or via cesarean section.
How to use a birth ball and peanut ball to naturally speed up the birthing process.
Massage techniques to stay connected throughout labor, relax and relieve tension, and encourage contractions.
Ways to support both partners in connecting to their new baby and each other during labor, birth and the fourth trimester.
Expect to be up and moving around with your partner for a hands-on, kinesthetic experience.

Join us for some summer fun at Rinconada Pool in Palo Alto! This is my favorite family pool on the Peninsula and a great spot to frequent this summer. Registration through Blossom Birth & Family or Peacebank Yoga Studio. This combo class is held outdoors, in an open, safe, comfortable and supportive environment. Families have a chance to make new friends, share their journey and bond with their babies, all while experiencing the benefits of yoga. These classes have their own special rhythm, and no prior yoga experience necessary. You and your newborn may participate as gently as you'd like. Also suitable for pregnant and postpartum parents.

Women's Wellness Weekend
Hosted by the YMCA of Silicon Valley at Camp Campbell in Boulder Creek, this weekend is a fantastic opportunity to focus on YOU and join a community of supportive, passionate women in a beautiful space.
I will be attending this retreat and offering Reiki under the Redwoods during a portion of it for an additional sliding scale fee. I am bringing my pregnancy-friendly cushions for any expecting parents that would like to receive!
