About Caitlin

Caitlin is a pre & postnatal doula, massage therapist, and yoga instructor who was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.

She graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2008, The Nosara Yoga Institute in 2009, and joined the first DONA birth doula training in the Dominican Republic in 2012. Connecting with a different culture, learning to speak Spanish, and immersing herself in the local surf culture opened up her world.

With a renewed passion for prenatal and postpartum care after having two babies of her own, Caitlin’s mission is to contribute to positive change in birthwork and to serve as a source of support for new and expecting parents. She recognizes the injustices and inequities in birth and bodywork and is deeply committed to nurturing the health and wellness of all families in her community.

Caitlin lives with her husband and two daughters in their hometown of Redwood City.
