Prenatal & Postnatal Flow is specially designed to support women preparing for or recovering from childbirth. This flow-style class aims to build the physical and mental stamina needed to endure childbirth through strengthening movements, strategic stretches, and breathwork. Physical and mental relaxation practices are integrated to help release the tension that builds from carrying and birthing a baby, as well as techniques targeted at restoring the body after childbirth.
Register online via Recess by visiting www.peacebankyoga.com. It is not necessary to have practiced yoga before attending these classes. All are welcome.
