    Two hour workshop with an emphasis on how the partner or support person can assist the birthing process while feeling present, confident, and connected to both you and your baby. Price includes you, your partner, and/or whoever will be supporting you during labor and delivery.

  • Healing Together Workshop

    Prepare for the fourth trimester by starting to understand your parenting style, learning about typical newborn eating and sleeping patterns, and covering body/breastfeeding basics. Price includes you, your partner, and/or whoever will be caring for you and your baby at home.

  • The Prep Package

    It is never too late to prepare for parenthood. This package includes both the Birthing Together and Healing Together Workshop along with homework that helps you develop your birth and postpartum plan. You will leave feeling relieved, excited, and confident about the birth of your baby.

Caitlin’s Doula Package

Caitlin’s unique doula package offers a balance of prenatal and postpartum support, education, and preparation for the birth of your baby and your first days as a growing family. All members of your village are welcome to take part in any or all of your package including partners, family members, nannies, doulas, and other birth and postpartum professionals that plan to support you during this transition. Have access to unlimited talk, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy and into your baby’s first year of life. Connect with a large community of birth and bodyworkers that collaborate with you and Caitlin to create the specialized support for your family. Let’s do this together.

$900 includes:

  • I want to make sure you receive the best care for you, even if it's not with me. Book your New Client Consultation phone call to make sure all of your questions are answered and that we are a good fit for one another.

  • Two hour workshop with an emphasis on how the partner or support person can assist the birthing process while feeling present, confident, and connected to both you and your baby. Price includes you, your partner, and/or whoever will be supporting you during labor and delivery. Homework with PDFs, cheat sheets, and tools to develop your birth plan included.

  • Two hour workshop taken during pregnancy and with your partner and/or whoever is supporting you after giving birth. Prepare for the fourth trimester by starting to understand your parenting style, learning about typical newborn eating and sleeping patterns, and covering body/breastfeeding basics. Homework including PDFs, videos, and necessary supply lists to create your postpartum plan are included.

  • Families must be located in San Mateo County. Caitlin will come to your home within 2 weeks of giving birth to support you any way your family needs. This visit is 90 minutes long and includes a 30 minute upper body massage for the postpartum parent. Caitlin is a Certified Lactation Counselor, postpartum doula, and Certified Massage Therapist.

  • Families must be located in San Mateo County. Caitlin will come to your home within 8 weeks of giving birth to support you any way your family needs. This visit is 90 minutes long and includes a 30 minute upper body massage for the postpartum parent. Caitlin is a Certified Lactation Counselor, postpartum doula, and Certified Massage Therapist.

Additional Support for Package Holders

Labor & Birth Support

$500 per 6 hour shift available only to package holders. While I do not have the capacity to be on-call at this time, I would love to support you if the timing aligns. This might be as backup for another doula, to tag team with your partner, or to support you in the birth center/hospital after your baby is born.

Postpartum Support

$500 for two 3 hour shifts in your home available only to package holders. These visits include a 30 minute upper body massage and can be tailored to the needs of the family. Caitlin is a Certified Lactation Counselor and can offer lactation support, baby wearing instruction, light cleaning and chores, or baby care while you nap.

Massage Therapy

$500 for two back-to-back 90 minute massages customized for pregnant and postpartum parents and their partners or support people. Caitlin will come to your home for families located in San Mateo County and gratuity and travel fees are included in this price.

BIRTH STORY RECORD

This intimate postpartum visit takes place in our Redwood City office anytime after giving birth. This service allows you to share your birth story in a safe and sacred space. Caitlin will record the session, transcribe it into a written document, and provide you with a digital copy of your birth story along with a keepsake shadow box to fill at home.

Your birth story matters. Your experience and all of the emotions following are valid and true. This record can be used as a gift to your child, a memory to look back on, a story to share with your loved ones, insight to explore with a therapist, or simply a documentation of a monumental moment in your life. It is never too late to share your story, and I am honored and to hear and hold yours.
